The Nathan Hale HS foundation is reopening grants for staff. Grant requests will be considered on a rolling basis. Requests submitted will be reviewed at each monthly board meeting.

Do you have a funding gap in your program? Is there a service or resource where funding could help fill equity gaps or provide opportunities to students? The Nathan Hale High School foundation is here to help.
Grants should be targeted to serve one of the following areas

Opportunity - Creating opportunities for students to build and pursue academic success
Innovation -

Enhancing or maximizing direct services for students.

Grant Selection Criteria:
Priority will be given for funding requests that meet two or more of the following criteria:
Match or supplements other funding, including student or family raised funds;
Include student, family or community volunteer time commitment;
Benefit students for more than one school year;
Support students otherwise unable to benefit or participate in school related activities due to barriers such as language, income, disability, transportation or other barriers;
Increase health or well-being of students by securing resources not otherwise available;
Support learning or academic achievement for students at risk of school failure or significant underperformance;
Benefit staff/teacher/student/school community as a whole; or
Increase student engagement or involvement in learning.
